Apple does list the Shortcuts app as being available on Vision Pro.

Seems you navigate Vision Pro by using your eyes, hands, and voice.

According to a youtube review, yes it does have a native shortcuts app. I have ALS & am so excited!

Apple accessibility said more information about the features will come out before it launch.
