It's hard for us to help with the Glaucoma issue when we are just users like you. I would recommend going to the Apple Store and asking them about it, then get a demo if it’s possible.

Second question

Windows Computers are not compatible with the Apple Vision Pro. If you have a Mac you can use the Virtual Display feature.
