My apple watch cellular is not working with airtel prepaid ESIM, Felt upset with the product

Very few (if any) prepaid plans actually support the Apple Watch.
The standard way to use the Apple Watch is to pair it with our iPhone, and then if you want cellular, you share your iPhone's phone number for a monthly fee of approx $10 U.S. per month added to your iPhones cellular bill.
