You usually need a functioning payment method in your account. If you only have one payment method listed, you usually must enter a 2nd functioning payment method to be allowed to remove the first one.


To view subscriptions on an iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your Apple ID at the top, and tap Subscriptions.
