Hello my name is Valentin, look If your Apple Pay has been deactivated, there could be various reasons for it. Here are some common reasons and steps you can take to resolve the issue:

  1. Insufficient Funds:
    • Check if there are sufficient funds in your linked bank account or credit card.

2.Expired or Invalid Card:

    • Ensure that the card linked to your Apple Pay is not expired or invalid. If it is, update the card information.

3.Security Concerns:

    • Your bank might have detected suspicious activity, leading them to deactivate Apple Pay for security reasons. Verify your recent transactions and contact your bank to address any concerns.

4.Lost or Stolen Device:

    • If you reported your device as lost or stolen, or if your bank suspects unauthorized access to your Apple Pay, they may deactivate it. Confirm the status of your device with your bank.

5.Bank's Policy Changes:

    • Banks can update their policies, and this may affect the use of Apple Pay. Contact your bank to inquire about any changes and to ensure compliance with their current policies.

6.Technical Glitch:

    • Sometimes, technical issues can lead to deactivation. Ask your bank for details and check if there are any technical glitches on their end or with your Apple device.

You have to take this actions my friend:

  1. Contact Customer Support:
    • Reach out to your bank's customer support for more information on why your Apple Pay was deactivated. They should be able to provide specific details and guidance on how to resolve the issue.
  1. Re-adding the Card:
    • If the issue is resolved, you may need to re-add your card to Apple Pay. Follow the steps provided by Apple to add your card again.
