I have changed the language of my Music app to Japanese. While the interface of the app is Japanese, but content, such as Song Title and Artist, is still showing in English. How can I change that?

I am not expecting it to translate the metadata. But I was hoping Apple Music to load the correct version based on the language of the app. The only workaround, I find so far, is to load the Mac OS in Japanese. Then it will show the content in Japanese instead of Romanji. That is what I do on my iPhone. I choose Japanese as the language, so that all song titles are shown properly in Japanese. But it is at exactly convenient for a non-Japanese.
Same as what you see in Korean, maybe some artists below also choose to show Japanese even in an English environment but some do not:

The interface does not attempt to translate song info. Each song will display according to its metadata. For example, here is an album by an artist who has chosen to label certain songs in English and others in Korean:
