New contacts won't save on my iPhone

IPhone 12, iOS 17.3 - I try adding new contacts and they don’t save, I try saving directly from messages and they don’t save and after 2 seconds the name disappears. It is a corporate phone so all contacts were automatically added, but I also need to add my own numbers.
