My iPhone is hacked and a group of my ex boyfriends use it to harass me by broadcasting it on the dark web who will prove this. My ex is a criminal and feels entitled to everything of mine.

This is a public form you shouldn’t be sharing your personal info (phone number) to the world, that’s how you get scammers reaching out to you.
It sounds like you have reason to believe your ex has access to your Apple ID. If that is the case you need to follow the steps at If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support especially making sure after you reset your password to follow the section called Know which Apple ID is signed in to your device and remove any unknown devices from being connected to your your Apple ID.
My iPhone is hacked who will provide proof. I know it is my ex Doug cowling he and his friends use my wifi also
