How to set Time Zone automatically on MacBook Pro

Hi, Im having issue with my new MacBook pro 16.

Can't set automatic time zone, it says Cupertino CA, Im in Europe. Because of that, I had to manually set the time in the computer, but now gmail, work mail, Skype and other communication apps are showing wrong time. Tried with apple support, they couldn't figure out what is wrong, made me re-install the system, but didn't help either. Tried different commands in terminal, restarting computer. Nothing is changing. I relly need help, if someone knows what to do. Thanks

if no insight or resolve for the issue— you can from the Terminal.app copy & paste:

sudo rm /var/db/timed/com.apple.timed.plist

(note—your psswd will not echo on screen, type it in any way use the enter\return key to proceed.)

this will remove the corrupt plist. Reboot and compare your results
