Developer Updates on App Store

I am a developer. I have this problem that I released v2.0 to a newly developed app. I had v1.0 on my iPhone 11. When I update to the new version, it doesn't show the new changes in v2.0. But if I uninstall the v1.0 app and reinstall the app, the v2.0 app is installed. How can I update it to see the new version changes without uninstalling/reinstalling?

I really need your help, has anyone had this problem?

So your new app started out at V2.0 in the app store, and you had an earlier development version on your iPhone and that wasn’t recognized for an update?

What happens when you update your app to V2.1?

What happens on an iPhone not associated with your development work? That other testing iPhone won’t have an earlier version, of course.
