Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes.

I’m unable to update my apps due to the error message I keep getting. “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes.” Please what can I do about this. I reached out to Apple support and they said it’s been resolved but I’m still experiencing the same issue.

iPhone 14, iOS 17

Hello again ~ I understand but there is no other choice but to contact them again and if you need to escalate the issue to someone higher up to get it resolved then do so. Explain that you have contacted them already but you are still getting the same error message. Good luck.

Hello ~ Go ahead an contact support as this is Apple’s way to let you know that there may be an issue with your account.


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'


Contact through link or by going to lower left and click on Support or…


Contact Apple for support and service


You will need to reach out to Apple again.
