How to set Do Not Disturb after settings are chosen.

I want my iphone's Do Not Disturb feature to block all calls and all notifications. I've read the other posts about "Allow Notifications from", "Allow Calls From (Allowed People Only)", and "Allow Repeated Calls". That's all clear to me but what I don't see is, once I have made those selections, how to actually activate Do Not Disturb.
