Remove Quicktime logo from .MOV files

I'm creating a DVD for a family birthday Using Pinnacle 21 and find that the Quicktime logo displays on every one of my .MOV videos. This ruins the flow of the final product. How can I remove the logo from these files?

Do you mean that Pinnacle adds that? How odd. What does their Support staff say about that?

It isn't actually the Quicktime logo

The image from your screenshot is a known bug, when GPU hardware acceleration is active (Cuda for Nvidia perhaps?) in Pinnacle (not sure about later versions). Set hardware acceleration to None at export time to avoid it (at the cost of encoding time).

Pinnacle, menu Setup﹥Control Panel﹥Export and Preview﹥Hardware Acceleration﹥None

So I discovered this is not a Pinnacle issue. The image only occurs with the newer iPhone videoclips, the .MOV files from 2019 forward. It appears for 1-2 seconds and then disappears, usually at the end of the clip, but sometimes in the middle. The DVD movie contains older videoclips from 2018 and earlier (taken from the same iPhone) that do not display the image. Here is a screen shot of the image that appears. (It isn't actually the Quicktime logo; I was in error about that.)

Hmmm. You may be onto something. I assumed there was a code embedded in the .MOV file that caused the Quicktime logo to display when the clip was played by a non-Apple device. I just played the file on my computer (outside of the Pinnacle program) using Windows media player, and the logo did not appear. I will contact Pinnacle support next.

Thank you for your response.
