All my streaming apps are working on my apple tv except my apple? Help needed
The screen shows up as it is light blue it does not show a list of programs as normally. All my other apps are working on my apple tv and work fine?

Try this for any misbehaving pre-installed app:
- Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
- If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
- If the issue still persists, then contact the Apple Support staff for further assistance.
