That depends on the exact model TV that you have.
New and newish models Samsung TV often have the Apple TV app pre-installed in many countries and regions.
Slightly older models can have the Apple TV+ app installed from Samsung’s cloud app repository (Home﹥Apps﹥Search﹥).
