Movies purchased on AppleTV change languages when moving to a different country

Hello, I bought the Harry Potter movie collection while living in Germany. After that, we moved to Latvia and the languages of the movies have changed. Our kids speak French and German, which were part of the movie languages when we bought and downloaded them.

Now, there is only English, Check and Polish... Why are we not suddenly able to speak these languages when moving to this area? There seems to be no logic followed by the studios restricting languages by the place people live, especially AFTER the purchase. The movie collection has no use for us anymore. We bought the movies a long time ago, however. What is the solution you'd offer? Is it possible to re-download them with other languages?

Did you redownload these movies? If you kept the old copies from Germany I don't see how they could change language. If you redownloaded them in Latvia then they will be in the language for the country to which you account is currently set, or other languages offered in that version.
