iPhone 15 random reboot - panic translation help needed

Hello, recently since last week my sons iPhone 15 has started rebooting, even when the phone is lying down with screen off. I have checked the logs and found few panics, here is the latest. Could anyone help to identify root cause?

"panicString" : "panic(cpu 1 caller 0xfffffff065839638): \"dart-ave (0xffffffe095ebc000): DART(CPUDART) error: SID 0 PTE invalid exception on write of DVA 0x100018d04c0 (CTE 0x10 SEG 0 PTE 0x634) ERROR_STATUS 0x90000008 TIME 0 TTE 0 AXI_ID 0xc0\" @AppleT8110DART.cpp:2010\nDebugger message: panic\nMemory ID: 0x6\nOS release type: User\nOS version: 21D61\nKernel version: Darwin Kernel Version 23.3.0: Wed Dec 20 17:32:11 PST 2023; root:xnu-10002.82.4~3\/RELEASE_ARM64_T8120\nFileset ...

I was planning to do a factory reset but "error: SID 0 PTE invalid exception on write of DVA 0x100018d04c0 (CTE 0x10 SEG 0 PTE 0x634)" worries my this could be hardware.

Second question, if that is not hardware, after factory reset should I restore phone from backup or set it up from scratch?

Thanks in advance.

Here is a bigger chunk of panicString if previous is not enough.
