I have macbook pro m1 and i discovered a new problem now. All the wifi networks that are available are shown in the list but when i try to connect with my wifi with correct password, it shows connection failed. It perfectly connects with hotspot from both iphone and android phones. I have updated the software to latest but the problem still persists.

another things on the list of things to try:
write down the Wi-Fi password on paper.
Delete that network, here:
system preferences > network. Wi-Fi > Advanced > WiFi
Then when the same network is seen again, it will "Ask to Join" and allow you to enter a fresh copy of the password.

Try to check your WiFi connection with Wireless Diagnostics if it reports any error.
Use Wireless Diagnostics on your Mac - Apple Support
Reboot your router and then try to connect. Also, check if the wifi password is correct.
Can you connect to internet only through your wifi with your iPhone, after disabling the mobile connection?
