My MacBook Pro make connection to WiFi of hotspot but it won’t work… it is really annoying.
on some networks there is no issue and on the most I have this problem.

Perhaps a long shot:
Do you use VPN? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile.
What do you mean by "won't work?" Do you mean that it doesn't connect to the internet? If so, do other devices work if connected to the same network or hotspot?
