I have 2 black lines that is in the middle of the screen, 1 is tall and the other is short, both are connected to this black red green circle and when i restart my phone, nothing works at all. this photo was from 5 hours ago, 5 hours later lines get bigger

if they are permanent on all apps then it's likely physical defects (dead pixels) in the display
This is why you are always supposed to do a backup before any service is performed on an iPhone. Then you can restore the phone from that backup, so no loss of data. But you should ONLY let Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider do anything on your iPhone. DO NOT let a 3rd party iFixit type business replace the screen. They don't have access to authentic Apple parts.

i think the reason for these dead pixels is because of age, water never came in ever. No damages were made, i had dead pixels once but it disappeared. Ive had this for more than 3 years. Also i dont trust any phone fixing companies in philippines since i have lots of important data. I remember getting a computer screen fixed and the data was WIPED
For accounts like that, typically your account is preserved if you delete and reinstall it. You still have to sign into the accounts with your user name and password that you used to create the accounts.
Whats a dead pixel? Can it be fixed? Will it remove in a certain time? Yes it permanent in every app. It got bigger too.
Also the time had happened earlier 3pm. I think some debris from the people renovating our bathroom put these damages
