Hello! I have tried multiple times the hard reset on frozen screen but still not functional. Are there any options? Your help would be much appreciated. Thanks

That should do it. You will have 2 options Update and Restore. Try the Update option to reinstall the OS while keeping your data. Using Restore will wipe your data off the device. Here are the steps to take:

It may take multiple attempts to do the hard reset. Usually the problem is that the side button in the last step provided by Axel Foley is not held long enough and people release the button when the slide to power off is displayed on the screen. The speed of the previous button presses may also take a couple of attempts to get correct.

I have never seen a case where it has not worked unless the screen is black and there is no power to the device or a button is broken.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power
