How do I return the work out app to the face of my Apple Watch?

I understand that you are looking to restore the Activity app on your Apple Watch. The Activity app cannot be deleted. Are you missing the app? If you need help finding the app 👉 Open apps on Apple Watch and Also, make sure the Watch is up-to-date 👉 Update your Apple Watch.

One other thing is that are you missing the Activity app complication on one of the faces of your Apple Watch? If this is the case, then open the Watch app on your iPhone: Watch app ➡️ My Watch Tab (Below) ➡️ Tap on the Watch Face (Top) ➡️ under Complications ➡️ Find where the Activity complication needs to be and select it.
