Call failed for 1 person only

I have an iPhone 13 with xfinity mobile. Recently I have not been able to call my roommate by phone, texts send perfectly fine, but as soon as I try to call him I get the call failed message and have to press ok. We both checked that we don’t have eachother blocked and he can call me just fine. When I call him I get call failed… What to do?

I think a quick call to each of your carriers’ support team may resolve this. Your friend is able to call you fine, however, you are not able to complete the call when you dial him. It appears to be a carrier issue, however, tough to determine whose carrier. I, therefore, recommend that you both of you call your carriers respectively and state your case for a resolution.
