facebook notifications preview not working on iphone 14

Same thing with my iphone X with iOS 16.7.5, it started to happen 2 or 3 days ago only with facebook notifications. I've checked all the configurations and they are ok, deleted and reinstalled the app, updated the app, restarted the iphone several times and nothing. It seems it affects some notifications but not all, for example I still receive comments notifications, but all the other notifications just appear my name. And worst, when I tap a notification it gets me nowhere, then inside facebook I have to check the bell with all the notifications to see what happened... This is certainly a problem of code. I hope they solve it soon!! reported it to facebook but haven't got any reply...

Same thing happening to me. iPhone 14 Pro. Restarted the phone. Deleted and reinstalled the apps. Rechecked all the settings. Updated to the most recent iOS. Turned off do not disturb mode. Nothing I do is fixing it and it’s driving me nuts

Same here! Been going on for 2 days, and it looks like it’s in addition to the normal notifications. It’s all the time, and also the facebook app is playing the "update page" sound every 5-10 seconds..

iPhone 13 Pro

Same here, however it’s been happening off and on with Facebook and other apps for over a month. Also get the Facebook swipe update tone every 15 seconds. Hope Apple or Facebook figure out this bug ASAP
