If an iPhone 15 was bought through Virgin Mobile who looks after the warranty for the first year?

iPhone 15 is not charging, when C Type Cable is plugged in iPhone does not change and just displays RED Battery symbol. Charging block has been checked and C Type Cable has been checked, both are good.

The warranty is provided by Apple.

We don't know though, whether Virgin Mobile has their own service facility and technicians authorized for Apple service.....or....whether Virgin does not offer service and repairs and instead refers customers directly to Apple or Apple authorized shops for warranty service.

That would be something that you could ask Virgin about.

In any case, you have the option to take the phone to any Apple Store or an Apple authorized service shop that you want if you don't want Virgin to handle the service and repairs.
