Receiving unwanted Norton virus alerts on my MacBook Air
Although Norton can no longer be found on my MacBook Air, I'm continually be alerted of Virus alerts from Norton.

Often virus "alerts" are nothing but notifications from scamming websites.
You can go to Safari->Preferences->Websites, click on Notifications and disable anyone that you are not sure about.
