Unable to access Prime video account with my Apple mail

I subscribed to Prime Video and my id it is my apple mail, even; I receive my prime video receipt to the that mail which is also my id for prime. When I want to get access to my prime video account with that one id, prime video gives me this stupid message:

"There was a problem We cannot find an account with that email address"

anyone has experienced that? how did you solve it?
