iPad Pro 12.9 ver. 17.2 stops responding to text input from external keyboards.
First noticed yesterday with the Magic Keyboard that i can cmd-tab to switch applications, but cannot input any text with the keyboard in any application. Verified the same behavior with 2 Bluetooth keyboards, (1 apple, 1 Brydge). Saw another report of this in this forum, which said restarting the iPad resolved the problem temporarily, but the issue returns at some point.
I just restarted and am now able to enter text normally with both Magic and Bluetooth keyboards. I’d call it closed, but the other user said the problem returns, so I’m wondering how common this is and if Apple knows about it.
