Erase all content and settings on my Apple Watch

my watch is saying Erase all content and settings. this willreset the device to factory defaults. when I touch cancel, it comes right back. how can I get this corrected

This is on my watch Erase all content and settings. It will not let me do anything

Apple Watch Series 7 SOS, reset all content and settings, boot loop watch series 7 SOS triggers randomly and when u press digital crown, it doesnt take you the page where u can see you watch apps, instead it will give the option for medical ID, compass backtrack, and SOS. When u force shutdown (pressing digital crown and side button) it is not turning off properly. Apple logo will show and a prompt “reset all content and settings” then you will need to pair back your watch. Worst case scenario would be boot loop. And u need to find a way to get that prompt because thats the only way you can turn back on the watch to pair it again.
