No Option is showing for purchasing the Apple care for my phone

Hello,

As mentioned in the subject, I got a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max, but i can't see the option to purchase apple care under the Settings -> General -> About -> apple care&warranty.

However, when I check the Apple website for eligibility (using the serial number), it says I am eligible, and have 50 more days (as of today) to purchase apple care.

I have tried to purchase via the website, but the site keeps taking me round and round without giving me a proper link where I can pay and purchase the subscription.

Then you cannot buy an AppleCare+ plan for your iPhone. Warranty for iPhone is only valid in the country of purchase. And an iPhone purchased in the US, to be able to buy an AppleCare+ Plan would require the phone be used in the US. This is why there is no option for you to purchase the plan and even if you could, the plan would only be valid in the US, not India. Having no warranty in India and not being able to purchase AppleCare+ is a major reason why it's never a good idea to buy your iPhone in another country.

Your best option, at this point, is to contact 👉 Official Apple Support

They should be able to help and guide you in the right direction so that you can purchase Apple Care for your iPhone 15 Pro Max.

By chance did you purchase your iPhone in a country other than where you live?

I'm sure. And there is not now, nor has there ever been International Warranty on iPhone. Whoever you spoke with was misinformed. If you need warranty support on your iPhone, you'll need to bring it back to the US.
