I was scammed, now my device is icloud locked. What do I have to do to turn on the device?

I was scammed, I logged out of my icloud and logged in to the scammer's icloud, causing my device to be locked by icloud and unable to be opened? So what do I have to do to open my phone? My phone is an iPhone 15 pro and it's still under warranty!!

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17

Provided you have your receipt from Apple or an authorized reseller, you can start a support request. See, How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support

otherwise, you’ll need the other person to unlock your device.

Submit the required documentation to Apple using the link provided by muguy. Usually the documentation required is the purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple seller. From the phone's point of view, any Apple ID that is logged into it is the owner of the phone, so you would need to provide the required documentation to Apple to prove you are the owner. Apple does not get involved with third party sales, which is why the receipt should be from Apple or Authorized Apple seller. Apple would be unable to verify the original owner through a third party sale.
