Syncing photos from iPhone to Mac

How are you trying to sync the two, i.e. details?

What happens whey you do?

Are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library?

Have you installed and run any "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up", anti-virus or VPN apps on your Mac?

Have you tried using Image Capture to download selected photos to your Mac?
