My apple watch update is stuck on preparing. the iPhone have the latest version of iOS.

Why is APPLE silent on these issues? With the cost of these premier devices and the recurring revenues they make from us, we expect you to speak out and provide updates on fixes to these issues. Instead, APPLE stays silent, pretending the issues don’t exist.
I restarted both phone and watch started the update again and the update was completed when I woke up.

Rebooting watch and phone worked for me. Kept watch on charger, but phone was not plugged in.
I got it working.
Set all your devices to same wifi.
Restart your iPhone and allso your Watch.
Go into your iPhone og watch and start the update again.
It worked for me!
Note: After deleting de watchOS 10.3.1, restart the watch and the iPhone before try again.
Also restart your iPhone and watch.
Same issue.
