My iPhone 15pro max with the latest ios 17.3 has an issue exceeding the 80 percent charging limit. A new bug fix has just been shown on my phone. I will let you know after the update if I still face any problems. If someone has any idea how to fix this please let me know. Thank you for all of your replies in advance

It is normal for the phone to charge to 100% on occasion. This is to ensure an accurate charge state. If you unplugged the phone before it reached the 100% charge, it will attempt to do it the next time it charges. This information is available here:

There is nothing to fix. The battery will charge to 100% occasionally. This is normal. Here is the pertinent info from Apple:
Now, there are some interesting discussions about what "occasionally" might really mean, but you will drive yourself crazy if you spend much time worrying about this.
