If this is an Intel Mac, then click "View" and select "Show All Devices" so that the physical SSD appears on the left pane of Disk Utility. Select the physical SSD and erase it as GUID partition and APFS (top option).....this method is for Intel Macs only. If this happens to be an Apple Silicon M-series Mac, then try deleting the Container. When you deleted the other APFS volumes, Disk Utility should have prompted you to also delete the "Volume Group" which you should have done. Here is an Apple article with Apple's current instructions for erasing a disk and how it should have worked:
Use Disk Utility to erase an Intel-based Mac - Apple Support
When erasing the disk, make sure to give it the name you want or it will default to "Untitled" instead of "Macintosh HD".
In the future please rotate your pictures before posting them online since it is hard to read pictures in other orientations. You want to make it as easy as possible for forum contributors to assist you. Many times I won't even look at pictures if they are sideways. It is easy to rotate the picture on your iPhone or iPad using the following instructions....I imagine an Android device would have something similar.
