Deleted Macintosh Hd permanently while resetting MacBook Air.

While resetting MacBook Air accidentally deleted internal Macintosh Hd. Now unable to install macOS as there is no internal hard drive. How can I restore Macintosh Hd back. Spent few hours online but cannot find any solution.

Judging by your screenshot I'd say that 121.33 GB APPLE SSD... IS your internal hard drive.

What one would normally do now is boot in recovery, reformat that drive and reinstall macOS.

It's always helpful when asking for help to provide basic info like which Mac, model and year you’re having trouble with, and what macOS version you’re running.
