Deleted Macintosh HD on 2017 MBP

I am unable to reinstall MacOS as there is no Startup Disk found. This is what Disk Utility looks like, there is no internal Macintosh HD. Also, I am unable to create a partition. Any help is appreciated.

To proceed, select the "APPLE SSD AP0256J ..." Device and choose ERASE. You will be offered defaults of GUID partition Map, and APFS format, both of which are appropriate for High Sierra and later. Choose a name you like that will become the new Volume-name, or choose "Macintosh HD", the factory default.

It will not brute-force ERASE the entire drive block-by-block, it does the right thing, and should finish successfully in about a minute or two.
