I Accidentally Deleted Macintosh HD

I wanted to erase my disk and reinstall Mac OS in Internet Recovery mode. I think during the process I erased my disk twice by accident, and now the computer doesn't boot regularly and only shows a file with a question mark inside. I've attached pictures of what the disk utility shows. I also looked at the installing macOS section to see what it says, and it wants me to use the "Update" that's shown in the pictures. Any advice on how to restore my computer back to normal and how to properly install Mac OS from this point would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

While the others have provided links for reinstalling macOS, they may not be sufficient for erasing the disk because the "Macintosh HD" volume group is missing. For an Intel Mac, select the whole physical SSD to erase as GUID partition and APFS (top option). When erased, quit Disk Utility and select the "Reinstall macOS Monterey" option as described in the instructions others have linked.
