How to reinstall macOS when recovery mode is unresponsive?

I pressed the Option + Command + R keys to enter the recovery mode. Then, I removed all the partitions except for the recovery partition. Initially, I was ready to restore the OS, but I saw that the restoration process would take more than 2 hours, so I turned off the computer.

After two days, I tried to turn it on again, and now pressing Option + Command + R or Command + R doesn't let me enter the recovery mode. Instead, I only see a folder with a question mark.

What should I do to enter the recovery mode and reinstall the OS?

You most probably removed the Preboot volume. Your Mac is dead. It is exactly as if you inadvertantly removed a piece

of hardware. Your Mac cannot do anything without this Preboot volume. Don't hit your head, this accident arrives very frequently, your are just another victim.

I you have another Mac, the best way to recover your dead Mac would be to make an USB installer on this

other running Mac for the version your Mac was running lately.

Here is a good starting point: Create a bootable installer for macOS

Unfortunately, this bootable installer is not self sufficient. You will need an Internet connection to fetch some information.
