Browsers says out of date

My iPad pro updates are current with 17.3.1. But with trying to open an app from my doctor to check in its says my browser is out of date. How do I fix it. I have installed and uninstalled several times and that doesn’t change anything.

Excerpted from Update to the latest version of Safari - Apple Support:

"If a website says that Safari is out of date even though you're already using the latest version of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, or visionOS, there could be an issue with the website. If you’re sure that you want to use the website, contact the website owner or developer for guidance about how to best use their website."

Your iPad is up to date. The app is defective and needs to be fixed. There is nothing you can to do fix it.
