Peacock premium

I have peacock premium on our first tv and can watch everything. I downloaded the app on my phone and it tells me I have peacock premium but I cannot actually watch anything. Same is true for our second tv.

I recently subscribed to Peacock. I used a web browser on my Windows PC to take care of signing up and the payment.

I might be wrong here, but I do recall seeing a web page showing my authorized devices. I also recall receiving an email that pertained to a new device authorization. Have you checked your emails to see if anything was sent asking for device approval? Maybe you should try logging into your account from a PC to see what you can see going on or devices pending 🤷‍♂️
