iPhone 6s stuck on apple boot screen

My iphone ran out of storage and stopped booting. Every boot attempt gets stuck on the Apple boot screen, I tried to restore it using itunes, itunes is stuck on "waiting for iPhone". I have used all option here https://www.imobie.com/itunes/fix-itunes-stuck-on-waiting-for-iphone.htm. not is working to get the iphone to factory reset.

I also tried to backup the phone to my laptop but I keep getting error unknoen error (5).

How do I backup and then reset / restore my phone?

I tried to restart by pushing and releasing volume up button then same with volume down, then press and hold right side button until apple appears and then it goes into restore mode. so, I follow instructions to update and restore and it tells me cannot update you must restore, so I hit restore button and it goes thru iTunes and does its thing and then i get an error code "The iPhone could not be restored. Iphone 13 mini won't restore. I have tried to reset an iPhone 13 mini and the phone wont come up in iTunes while in dfu mode. Its now stuck in dfu mode after i tried resetting it with the Apple Devices app on the microsoft store. I got an error from there halfway trough so it haven't finished resetting and is stuck in dfu

iPhone 13 mini stuck while updating / restoring Hi, hopefully someone can help me with this problem! I wanted to update the IOS on my (only a few days old) iPhone 13 mini, so I plugged my phone to my Windows 11 laptop and opened the Apple Devices app (newest version). After the update was downloaded, the software began to install on the phone. I then saw a progress bar under the Apple logo, but the bar stopped moving halfway through. After a while, Apple Devices showed an error message which stated that the phone could not be updated and it gave the following error code: (75). 067E.004B". I tried force restarting the phone and then to reset the phone instead of updating, but then the exact same problem showed up again. I repeated the procedure of restarting and starting the recovery multiple times on two different windows 11 laptops, with two different cables, but nothing works. The same error is showed a while after the progress bar stopped moving, and the error code was different each time. How can I get my phone to work again?
