I have tried to reset an iPhone 13 mini and the phone wont come up in iTunes while in dfu mode. Its now stuck in dfu mode after i tried resetting it with the Apple Devices app on the microsoft store. I got an error from there halfway trough so it haven't finished resetting and is stuck in dfu

Next try forced restart. Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
If that fails I would borrow a Mac and try there, or take it to Apple Store.
