I bet it is. Still, I'm not sure what assistance you are looking from the forum members here. Remember, we are not Apple employees. Only fellow Apple-product users.
Since it's been more than 14 days, since you purchased them, you no longer have the option to return them to Apple for a full refund. However, they still should be covered by Apple's 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you would like to try that route, you will need to have an Apple Technician examine these headphones. Should that agree that it is a defect, you may find that you can get a replacement pair for little or no cost to you. Good luck!
The simplest way would be to provide Apple with your suggestions on how to improve their product. To do so, go here: Product Feedback - Apple
Actually, I believe this is a design issue. I had solo 2 and 3, non of them had this problem. I mean EVERY TIME, I took it off my head, some hair will be held and saddly pulled off from my head. Very annoying experience. Since I really started to use it after 30 days of the purchase date, I can't return it anymore. Sad......
Do you have this issue regardless of what brand of over-the-ear headphones you use? If only with these Beats Studio Pro headphones, what have you tried, so far yourself, to resolve this?
Is the ear cushion firmly attached to the ear cup? Are there any tears in the cushion? How long have you had these headphones?
I have been bothering the same. It happens everyday or to be exact EVERY TIME I took it off my head. I had Beats Solo 2 and solo 3 none of them had this issue. I have bought this pro for over 3 months but tried all ways to solve the trouble and so far no luck.
I started using the earphones a few days after purchase and had the problem every single time I took them off of my head. Maybe I should have just returned them but I kept trying to be very careful, Of course the problem continues! It isn't easy to send information to the company via the product feedback link, No category for one thing. I am going to try and find a corporate phone number when I get a couple of hours extra! Smh
This is the only headset I have used. I just got it last month. A few strands of hair caught in the space between the ear cushion and the piece attached to the cushion. Very annoying.
I appreciate your response. I really would like to be in touch with the company. I do think it is a design flaw. I don't see a way to have direct contact.
