Nothing works but the phone on iPhone Xr

I lost the Internet connection to my iPhone Xr last Tuesday. Nothing on the phone works but the phone part. I've done everything I could think of, but nothing worked. I did the TOTAL ERASE today, and that didn't work either. It wouldn't accept my password for Apple. I am on my daughter's Xfinity mobile plan. She lives in Sacramento, CA and I live in Eureka, CA and I cannot walk into the Verizon Store and have them help me because Xfinity does not have a contract with all Verizon stores. The closest Xfinity store is in Chico, CA and that is a 5 to 6 hour drive from me.
