is it a good idea to charge the iPad Mini 6 overnight? Will it damage the battery at all? Will it speed up the lifetime of my battery? And do iPads learn charging patterns? I have asked this question before, and everyone gave me answers about iPhones so please only give me answers that are specifically for iPad.

Your iPad will suffer no harm in being connected to external power overnight or for extended periods - whether in use or not. This usage model is common in Point of Saleand Kiosk applications. The iPad will optimally charge your iPad battery, modifying its charging strategy as appropriate.
The iPad will optimise its charging strategy - and may, temporarily, limit the maximum charge level to 80-90%. This is designed to extend the lifespan of the battery by reducing battery ageing. When returning to a more usual pattern of charge/discharge, full charge to 100% will be restored.

it's fine when it reach 100% it stop charging until is gets under some level and then charge again
