How to edit pictures on iPhone 15

i have an iPhone 15, how can I cut and paste (or using stickers) parts of people without having tu buy new apps?

Press and hold on the main part of an image, like a person or object in the foreground. It should select it. When it does, let go, and a menu should appear, from there you can copy the selected portion, or add a sticker to the image from the available ones, or make the selected section of the current photo into a sticker for a future use.
