Blinking white light airpod pro won't connect.

Recently had both ear pieces replaced under warranty at the Apple store. They did not replace the case. They said leave the earpieces in the case plugged in for about an hour. I did that and then attempted to pair them to my iPhone X.

When opening the case (with earpieces in it), the light flashes while, but the Connect animation won’t come up. Phone won’t see them in the Bluetooth settings. Tried cycling Bluetooth. Forgot the device in the Bluetooth settings and attempted to reset the AirPods by opening the case and holding the button for 15 seconds. Light will flash Orange about 4 times then go back to flashing white with no Connect animation.

Restarted the phone. No joy.

Reset network settings. No joy.

Case still just blinks white.

I really, REALLY don’t wanna have to reset the whole phone and restore it.

Any ideas???

To fix the issue, let the Airpod Pro case open with the earbuds inside until the battery is completely drowned (you should not see any lights at all when closing the case or pressing the reset button at the back). Close the case with the earbuds inside once the battery runs out completely and put to charge. Meanwhile, make sure the airpodpro is forgotten (unpaired) on your device.

Wait until your AirpodPro is completely charged, make sure your Bluetooth is on ( on your device) then bring your AirpodPro close to your device and open the case.

The AirpodPro will appear on your device screen then, follow the instructions on your device and this should fix it. You might noticed the battery on earbud been low once it paired, put them back in the case and let them charge to full.
