How to disconnect iCloud from your Work User on MacBook

I have two users on my MacBook. My personal Apple account, iCloud, etc. and a second work account I created for my company. Recently when opening the work account I got asked if I wanted to allow iCloud to update the user, or similar. I selected yes which I thought was required by I now regret.

I keep getting notified to update iCloud preferences etc.

I want no link into iCloud for my work, I have a separate Google domain for my business activities and have no wish to use Apple Mail for correspondence that is work related or to have any link to personal e-mails, photos etc. that are under iCloud from this separate user.

For example I have a professional photo for my business account but it has now dragged across the photo from my personal account which is the family dog!

How do I reverse this?

Please help.

Thanks, Paul
