What settings should I use on my iphone se to ensure an internet connection when away from my home wifi network? My service provider is Consumer Cellular if that makes a difference.

You should not have to make any changes to the iPhone.
When you leave home, your phone will switch to the Consumer Cellular network automatically
Your service is with Consumer Cellular. Your phone should be connecting automatically. You are paying Consumer Cellular for service that is not being delivered.
Contact Consumer Cellular and tell them that things are not working correctly yet.

Thanks for your response but for whatever reasons my phone does not switch automatically when I leave home. When I try to get on the internet I just get a message that I don't have an internet connection. What should my settings be for WiFi (now I just get a list of locked networks nearby my location), Bluetooth, Cellular and Personal Hotspot when I'm away from home? Sorry I"m so dense
